10-1 Now those that sealed were: Nehemiah the governor, the son of Hacaliah, and Zedekiah, 印を押した者はハカリヤの子である総督ネヘミヤ、およびゼデキヤ、
10-2 Seraiah, Azariah, Jeremiah, セラヤ、アザリヤ、エレミヤ、
10-3 Pashhur, Amariah, Malchijah, パシュル、アマリヤ、マルキヤ、
10-4 Hattush, Shebaniah, Malluch, ハットシ、シバニヤ、マルク、
10-5 Harim, Meremoth, Obadiah, ハリム、メレモテ、オバデヤ、
10-6 Daniel, Ginnethon, Baruch, ダニエル、ギンネトン、バルク、
10-7 Meshullam, Abijah, Mijamin, メシュラム、アビヤ、ミヤミン、
10-8 Maaziah, Bilgai, Shemaiah; these were the priests. マアジヤ、ビルガイ、シマヤで、これらは祭司である。
10-9 And the Levites: namely, Jeshua the son of Azaniah, Binnui of the sons of Henadad, Kadmiel; レビびとではアザニヤの子エシュア、ヘナダデの子らのうちのビンヌイ、カデミエル、
10-10 and their brethren, Shebaniah, Hodiah, Kelita, Pelaiah, Hanan, およびその兄弟シバニヤ、ホデヤ、ケリタ、ペラヤ、ハナン、
10-11 Mica, Rehob, Hashabiah, ミカ、レホブ、ハシャビヤ、
10-12 Zaccur, Sherebiah, Shebaniah, ザックル、セレビヤ、シバニヤ、
10-13 Hodiah, Bani, Beninu. ホデヤ、バニ、ベニヌである。
10-14 The chiefs of the people: Parosh, Pahath-moab, Elam, Zattu, Bani, 民のかしらではパロシ、パハテ・モアブ、エラム、ザット、バニ、
10-15 Bunni, Azgad, Bebai, ブンニ、アズガデ、ベバイ、
10-16 Adonijah, Bigvai, Adin, アドニヤ、ビグワイ、アデン、
10-17 Ater, Hezekiah, Azzur, アテル、ヒゼキヤ、アズル、
10-18 Hodiah, Hashum, Bezai, ホデヤ、ハシュム、ベザイ、

10-26 and Ahiah, Hanan, Anan, アヒヤ、ハナン、アナン、
10-27 Malluch, Harim, Baanah. マルク、ハリム、バアナである。
10-28 And the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the porters, the singers, the Nethinim, and all they that had separated themselves from the peoples of the lands unto the law of God, their wives, their sons, and their daughters, every one that had knowledge, and understanding; その他の民、祭司、レビびと、門を守る者、歌うたう者、宮に仕えるしもべ、ならびにすべて国々の民と離れて神の律法に従った者およびその妻、むすこ、娘などすべて知識と悟りのある者は、
10-29 They clave to their brethren, their nobles, and entered into a curse, and into an oath, to walk in God’s law, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of Jehovah our Lord, and his ordinances and his statutes; その兄弟である尊い人々につき従い、神のしもべモーセによって授けられた神の律法に歩み、われわれの主、主のすべての戒めと、おきてと、定めとを守り行うために、のろいと誓いとに加わった。
10-30 and that we would not give our daughters unto the peoples of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons; われわれはこの地の民らにわれわれの娘を与えず、われわれのむすこに彼らの娘をめとらない。
10-31 and if the peoples of the land bring wares or any grain on the sabbath day to sell, that we would not buy of them on the sabbath, or on a holy day; and that we would forego the seventh year, and the exaction of every debt. またこの地の民らがたとい品物または穀物を安息日に携えて来て売ろうとしても、われわれは安息日または聖日にはそれを買わない。また七年ごとに耕作をやめ、すべての負債をゆるす。
10-32 Also we made ordinances for us, to charge ourselves yearly with the third part of a shekel for the service of the house of our God; われわれはまたみずから規定を設けて、われわれの神の宮の用のために年々シケルの三分の一を出し、
10-33 for the showbread, and for the continual meal-offering, and for the continual burnt-offering, for the sabbaths, for the new moons, for the set feasts, and for the holy things, and for the sin-offerings to make atonement for Israel, and for all the work of the house of our God. 供えのパン、常素祭、常燔祭のため、安息日、新月および定めの祭の供え物のため、聖なる物のため、イスラエルのあがないをなす罪祭、およびわれわれの神の宮のもろもろのわざのために用いることにした。
10-34 And we cast lots, the priests, the Levites, and the people, for the wood-offering, to bring it into the house of our God, according to our fathers’ houses, at times appointed, year by year, to burn upon the altar of Jehovah our God, as it is written in the law; またわれわれ祭司、レビびとおよび民はくじを引いて、律法にしるされてあるようにわれわれの神、主の祭壇の上にたくべきたきぎの供え物を、年々定められた時に氏族にしたがって、われわれの神の宮に納める者を定めた。
10-35 and to bring the first-fruits of our ground, and the first-fruits of all fruit of all manner of trees, year by year, unto the house of Jehovah; またわれわれの土地の初なり、および各種の木の実の初なりを、年々主の宮に携えてくることを誓い、
10-36 also the first-born of our sons, and of our cattle, as it is written in the law, and the firstlings of our herds and of our flocks, to bring to the house of our God, unto the priests that minister in the house of our God; また律法にしるしてあるように、われわれの子どもおよび家畜のういご、およびわれわれの牛や羊のういごを、われわれの神の宮に携えてきて、われわれの神の宮に仕える祭司に渡し、
10-37 and that we should bring the first-fruits of our dough, and our heave-offerings, and the fruit of all manner of trees, the new wine and the oil, unto the priests, to the chambers of the house of our God; and the tithes of our ground unto the Levites; for they, the Levites, take the tithes in all the cities of our tillage. われわれの麦粉の初物、われわれの供え物、各種の木の実、ぶどう酒および油を祭司のもとに携えて行って、われわれの神の宮のへやに納め、またわれわれの土地の産物の十分の一をレビびとに与えることにした。レビびとはわれわれのすべての農作をなす町において、その十分の一を受くべき者だからである。
10-38 And the priest the son of Aaron shall be with the Levites, when the Levites take tithes: and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes unto the house of our God, to the chambers, into the treasure-house. レビびとが十分の一を受ける時には、アロンの子孫である祭司が、そのレビびとと共にいなければならない。そしてまたレビびとはその十分の一の十分の一を、われわれの神の宮に携え上って、へやまたは倉に納めなければならない。
10-39 For the children of Israel and the children of Levi shall bring the heave-offering of the grain, of the new wine, and of the oil, unto the chambers, where are the vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests that minister, and the porters, and the singers: and we will not forsake the house of our God. すなわちイスラエルの人々およびレビの子孫は穀物、ぶどう酒、および油の供え物を携えて行って、聖所の器物および勤めをする祭司、門衛、歌うたう者たちのいるへやにこれを納めなければならない。こうしてわれわれは、われわれの神の宮をなおざりにしない。
