When Jehovah brought back those that returned to Zion, We were like unto them that dream. |
主がシオンの繁栄を回復されたとき、われらは夢みる者のようであった。 |

Then was our mouth filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing: Then said they among the nations,
Jehovah hath done great things for them.

その時われらの口は笑いで満たされ、われらの舌は喜びの声で満たされた。その時「主は彼らのために大いなる事をなされた」と言った者が、もろもろの国民の中にあった。 |

Jehovah hath done great things for us, Whereof we are glad. |
主はわれらのために大いなる事をなされたので、われらは喜んだ。 |

Turn again our captivity, O Jehovah, As the streams in the South. |
主よ、どうか、われらの繁栄を、ネゲブの川のように回復してください。 |
| 126-5 |
They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. |
涙をもって種まく者は、喜びの声をもって刈り取る。 |
| 126-6 |
He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing seed for sowing, Shall doubtless come again with joy, bringing his sheaves with him. |
種を携え、涙を流して出て行く者は、束を携え、喜びの声をあげて帰ってくるであろう。 |
