I cry with my voice unto Jehovah; With my voice unto Jehovah do I make supplication. |
わたしは声を出して主に呼ばわり、声を出して主に願い求めます。 |

I pour out my complaint before him; I show before him my trouble. |
わたしはみ前にわが嘆きを注ぎ出し、み前にわが悩みをあらわします。 |

When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, Thou knewest my path. In the way wherein I walk. Have they hidden a snare for me. |
わが霊のわがうちに消えうせようとする時も、あなたはわが道を知られます。彼らはわたしを捕えようとわたしの行く道にわなを隠しました。 |

Look on my right hand, and see; For there is no man that knoweth me: Refuge hath failed me; No man careth for my soul. |
わたしは右の方に目を注いで見回したが、わたしに心をとめる者はひとりもありません。わたしには避け所がなく、わたしをかえりみる人はありません。 |

I cried unto thee, O Jehovah; I said, Thou art my refuge, My portion in the land of the living. |
主よ、わたしはあなたに呼ばわります。わたしは言います、「あなたはわが避け所、生ける者の地でわたしの受くべき分です。 |

Attend unto my cry; For I am brought very low: Deliver me from my persecutors; For they are stronger than I. |
どうか、わが叫びにみこころをとめてください。わたしは、はなはだしく低くされています。わたしを責める者から助け出してください。彼らはわたしにまさって強いのです。 |

Bring my soul out of prison, That I may give thanks unto thy name: The righteous shall compass me about; For thou wilt deal bountifully with me. |
わたしをひとやから出し、み名に感謝させてください。あなたが豊かにわたしをあしらわれるので、正しい人々はわたしのまわりに集まるでしょう」。 |
