The Mighty One, God, Jehovah, hath spoken, And called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof. |
全能者なる神、主は詔して、日の出るところから日の入るところまであまねく地に住む者を召し集められる。 |

Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined forth. |
神は麗しさのきわみであるシオンから光を放たれる。 |

Our God cometh, and doth not keep silence: A fire devoureth before him, And it is very tempestuous round about him. |
われらの神は来て、もだされない。み前には焼きつくす火があり、そのまわりには、はげしい暴風がある。 |

He calleth to the heavens above, And to the earth, that he may judge his people: |
神はその民をさばくために、上なる天および地に呼ばわれる、 |

Gather my saints together unto me, Those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice. |
「いけにえをもってわたしと契約を結んだわが聖徒をわたしのもとに集めよ」と。 |

And the heavens shall declare his righteousness; For God is judge himself. （Selah） |
天は神の義をあらわす、神はみずから、さばきぬしだからである。（セラ） |
| 50-7 |
Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify unto thee: I am God, even thy God. |
「わが民よ、聞け、わたしは言う。イスラエルよ、わたしはあなたにむかってあかしをなす。わたしは神、あなたの神である。 |

I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices; And thy burnt-offerings are continually before me. |
わたしがあなたを責めるのは、あなたのいけにえのゆえではない。あなたの燔祭はいつもわたしの前にある。 |

I will take no bullock out of thy house, Nor he-goats out of thy folds. |
わたしはあなたの家から雄牛を取らない。またあなたのおりから雄やぎを取らない。 |
| 50-10 |
For every beast of the forest is mine, And the cattle upon a thousand hills. |
林のすべての獣はわたしのもの、丘の上の千々の家畜もわたしのものである。 |

I know all the birds of the mountains; And the wild beasts of the field are mine. |
わたしは空の鳥をことごとく知っている。野に動くすべてのものはわたしのものである。 |

If I were hungry, I would not tell thee; For the world is mine, and the fulness thereof. |
たといわたしは飢えても、あなたに告げない、世界とその中に満ちるものとはわたしのものだからである。 |

Will I eat the flesh of bulls, Or drink the blood of goats? |
わたしは雄牛の肉を食べ、雄やぎの血を飲むだろうか。 |
| 50-14 |
Offer unto God the sacrifice of thanksgiving; And pay thy vows unto the Most High: |
感謝のいけにえを神にささげよ。あなたの誓いをいと高き者に果せ。 |
| 50-15 |
And call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me. |
悩みの日にわたしを呼べ、わたしはあなたを助け、あなたはわたしをあがめるであろう」。 |

But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, And that thou hast taken my covenant in thy mouth, |
しかし神は悪しき者に言われる、「あなたはなんの権利があってわたしの定めを述べ、わたしの契約を口にするのか。 |

Seeing thou hatest instruction, And castest my words behind thee? |
あなたは教を憎み、わたしの言葉を捨て去った。 |
| 50-18 |
When thou sawest a thief, thou consentedst with him, And hast been partaker with adulterers. |
あなたは盗びとを見ればこれとむつみ、姦淫を行う者と交わる。 |
| 50-19 |
Thou givest thy mouth to evil, And thy tongue frameth deceit. |
あなたはその口を悪にわたし、あなたの舌はたばかりを仕組む。 |
| 50-20 |
Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; Thou slanderest thine own mother’s son. |
あなたは座してその兄弟をそしり、自分の母の子をののしる。 |
| 50-21 |
These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; Thou thoughtest that I was altogether such a one as thyself: But I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes. |
あなたがこれらの事をしたのを、わたしが黙っていたので、あなたはわたしを全く自分とひとしい者と思った。しかしわたしはあなたを責め、あなたの目の前にその罪をならべる。 |

Now consider this, ye that forget God, Lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver: |
神を忘れる者よ、このことを思え。さもないとわたしはあなたをかき裂く。そのときだれも助ける者はないであろう。 |
| 50-23 |
Whoso offereth the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifieth me; And to him that ordereth his way aright Will I show the salvation of God. |
感謝のいけにえをささげる者はわたしをあがめる。自分のおこないを慎む者にはわたしは神の救を示す」。 |
