My soul waiteth in silence for God only: From him cometh my salvation. |
わが魂はもだしてただ神をまつ。わが救は神から来る。 |

He only is my rock and my salvation: He is my high tower; I shall not be greatly moved. |
神こそわが岩、わが救、わが高きやぐらである。わたしはいたく動かされることはない。 |

How long will ye set upon a man, That ye may slay him, all of you, Like a leaning wall, like a tottering fence? |
あなたがたは、いつまで人に押し迫るのか。あなたがたは皆、傾いた石がきのように、揺り動くまがきのように人を倒そうとするのか。 |

They only consult to thrust him down from his dignity; They delight in lies; They bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly.( Selah) |
彼らは人を尊い地位から落そうとのみはかり、偽りを喜び、その口では祝福し、心のうちではのろうのである。(セラ) |

My soul, wait thou in silence for God only; For my expectation is from him. |
わが魂はもだしてただ神をまつ。わが望みは神から来るからである。 |

He only is my rock and my salvation: He is my high tower; I shall not be moved. |
神こそわが岩、わが救、わが高きやぐらである。わたしは動かされることはない。 |

With God is my salvation and my glory: The rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. |
わが救とわが誉とは神にある。神はわが力の岩、わが避け所である。 |

Trust in him at all times, ye people; Pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. (Selah) |
民よ、いかなる時にも神に信頼せよ。そのみ前にあなたがたの心を注ぎ出せ。神はわれらの避け所である。(セラ) |

Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie: In the balances they will go up; They are together lighter than vanity. |
低い人はむなしく、高い人は偽りである。彼らをはかりにおけば、彼らは共に息よりも軽い。 |

Trust not in oppression, And become not vain in robbery: If riches increase, set not your heart thereon. |
あなたがたは、しえたげにたよってはならない。かすめ奪うことに、むなしい望みをおいてはならない。富の増し加わるとき、これに心をかけてはならない。 |

God hath spoken once, Twice have I heard this, That power belongeth unto God. |
神はひとたび言われた、わたしはふたたびこれを聞いた、力は神に属することを。 |
| 62-12 |
Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth lovingkindness; For thou renderest to every man according to his work. |
主よ、いつくしみもまたあなたに属することを。あなたは人おのおののわざにしたがって報いられるからである。 |
