8-1 And Benjamin begat Bela his first-born, Ashbel the second, and Aharah the third, ベニヤミンの生んだ者は長子はベラ、その次はアシベル、第三はアハラ、
8-2 Nohah the fourth, and Rapha the fifth. 第四はノハ、第五はラパ。
8-3 And Bela had sons: Addar, and Gera, and Abihud, ベラの子らはアダル、ゲラ、アビウデ、
8-4 and Abishua, and Naaman, and Ahoah, アビシュア、ナアマン、アホア、
8-5 and Gera, and Shephuphan, and Huram. ゲラ、シフパム、ヒラム。
8-6 And these are the sons of Ehud: these are the heads of fathers’ houses of the inhabitants of Geba, and they carried them captive to Manahath: エホデの子らは次のとおりである。（これらはゲバの住民の氏族の長であって、マナハテに捕え移されたものである。）
8-7 and Naaman, and Ahijah, and Gera, he carried them captive: and he begat Uzza and Ahihud. すなわちナアマン、アヒヤ、ゲラすなわちヘグラム。ゲラはウザとアヒフデの父であった。
8-8 And Shaharaim begat children in the field of Moab, after he had sent them away; Hushim and Baara were his wives. シャハライムは妻ホシムとバアラを離別してのち、モアブの国で子らをもうけた。
8-9 And he begat of Hodesh his wife, Jobab, and Zibia, and Mesha, and Malcam, 彼が妻ホデシによってもうけた子らはヨバブ、ヂビア、メシャ、マルカム、
8-10 and Jeuz, and Shachia, and Mirmah. These were his sons, heads of fathers’ houses. エウヅ、シャキヤ、ミルマ。これらはその子らであって氏族の長である。
8-11 And of Hushim he begat Abitub and Elpaal. 彼はまたホシムによってアビトブとエルパアルをもうけた。
8-12 And the sons of Elpaal: Eber, and Misham, and Shemed, who built Ono and Lod, with the towns thereof; エルパアルの子らはエベル、ミシャムおよびセメド。彼はオノとロドとその村々を建てた者である。
8-13 and Beriah, and Shema, who were heads of fathers’ houses of the inhabitants of Aijalon, who put to flight the inhabitants of Gath; またベリアとシマがあった。（これはアヤロンの住民の氏族の長であって、ガテの住民を追い払ったものである。）
8-14 and Ahio, Shashak, and Jeremoth, またアヒオ、シャシャク、エレモテ。
8-15 and Zebadiah, and Arad, and Eder, ゼバデヤ、アラデ、アデル、
8-16 and Michael, and Ishpah, and Joha, the sons of Beriah, ミカエル、イシパおよびヨハはベリアの子らであった。
8-17 and Zebadiah, and Meshullam, and Hizki, and Heber, ゼバデヤ、メシュラム、ヘゼキ、ヘベル、
8-18 and Ishmerai, and Izliah, and Jobab, the sons of Elpaal, イシメライ、エズリアおよびヨバブはエルパアルの子らであった。
8-19 and Jakim, and Zichri, and Zabdi, ヤキン、ジクリ、ザベデ、
8-20 and Elienai, and Zillethai, and Eliel, エリエナイ、チルタイ、エリエル、
8-21 and Adaiah, and Beraiah, and Shimrath, the sons of Shimei, アダヤ、ベラヤおよびシムラテはシマの子らであった。
8-22 and Ishpan, and Eber, and Eliel, イシパン、ヘベル、エリエル、
8-23 and Abdon, and Zichri, and Hanan, アブドン、ジクリ、ハナン、
8-24 and Hananiah, and Elam, and Anthothijah, ハナニヤ、エラム、アントテヤ、
8-25 and Iphdeiah, and Penuel, the sons of Shashak, イペデヤおよびペヌエルはシャシャクの子らであった。
8-26 and Shamsherai, and Shehariah, and Athaliah, シャムセライ、シハリア、アタリヤ、
8-27 and Jaareshiah, and Elijah, and Zichri, the sons of Jeroham. ヤレシャ、エリヤおよびジクリはエロハムの子らであった。
8-28 These were heads of fathers’ houses throughout their generations, chief men: these dwelt in Jerusalem. これらは歴代の氏族の長であり、またかしらであって、エルサレムに住んだ。
8-29 And in Gibeon there dwelt the father of Gibeon, Jeiel, whose wife’s name was Maacah; ギベオンの父エイエルはギベオンに住み、その妻の名はマアカといった。
8-30 and his first-born son Abdon, and Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Nadab, その長子はアブドンで、次はツル、キシ、バアル、ナダブ、
8-31 and Gedor, and Ahio, and Zecher. ゲドル、アヒオ、ザケル、
8-32 And Mikloth begat Shimeah. And they also dwelt with their brethren in Jerusalem, over against their brethren. およびミクロテ。ミクロテはシメアを生んだ。これらもまた兄弟たちと向かいあってエルサレムに住んだ。
8-33 And Ner begat Kish; and Kish begat Saul; and Saul begat Jonathan, and Malchi-shua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal. ネルはキシを生み、キシはサウルを生み、サウルはヨナタン、マルキシュア、アビナダブ、エシバアルを生んだ。
8-34 And the son of Jonathan was Merib-baal; and Merib-baal begat Micah. ヨナタンの子はメリバアルで、メリバアルはミカエルを生んだ。
8-35 And the sons of Micah: Pithon, and Melech, and Tarea, and Ahaz. ミカの子らはピトン、メレク、タレア、アハズである。
8-36 And Ahaz begat Jehoaddah; and Jehoaddah begat Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begat Moza. アハズはエホアダを生み、エホアダはアレメテ、アズマウテ、ジムリを生み、ジムリはモザを生み、
8-37 And Moza begat Binea; Raphah was his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son. モザはビネアを生んだ。ビネアの子はラパ、ラパの子はエレアサ、エレアサの子はアゼルである。
8-38 And Azel had six sons, whose names are these: Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel. アゼルには六人の子があり、その名はアズリカム、ボケル、イシマエル、シャリヤ、オバデヤ、ハナンで、皆アゼルの子である。
8-39 And the sons of Eshek his brother: Ulam his first-born, Jeush the second, and Eliphelet the third. その兄弟エセクの子らは、長子はウラム、次はエウシ、第三はエリペレテである。
8-40 And the sons of Ulam were mighty men of valor, archers, and had many sons, and sons’ sons, a hundred and fifty. All these were of the sons of Benjamin. ウラムの子らは大勇士で、よく弓を射る者であった。彼は多くの子と孫をもち、百五十人もあった。これらは皆ベニヤミンの子孫である。
